Ray celebrated his birthday this week and is now 6! Thanks for the presents from everyone who remembered! He got great stuff like a giant Optimus Prime, a transformer t-shirt and poster, Bakugans, Spiderman books, a motorcycle and truck, and...wait for it....his very own Webkinz from his cousins!!!
For his birthday we were low key and just did things with family. We had a fun sleepover, saw UP in 3D (...which wasn't as cool as I thought it would be..the movie was fantastic, the 3D was okay.) We ate Ray's favorite dinner and had birthday cupcakes. The only downer was that Joe missed the whole thing because he was in Mexico. But we saved Ray's chocolate Transformer cake for last night when Joe was home. It was a fun birthday all around.
This has been a year with lots of changes and challenges and Ray has been amazing. He is a fun and loving big brother and is a smart creative boy. He surprises me all the time with the things he knows and does and I am proud of him.We love you Ray!

Okay, no offense to Joe, but he looks more and more like a Hansen all the time! I can't believe it's been six years...
I just had to comment and say that you have the cutest family EVER! On top of that, you make me to want to be a better person, and I just think you guys are amazing! Thanks for sharing your lives with all of us who love to read your blog. I am sure you inspire so many people!
