Bits and pieces

Here are a few pictures I've been meaning to post for a month

In May, Ray had a tumor removed from his belly. He couldn't eat before or after the surgery for a total of three days. (Being around a hungry child is NOT fun!) When he was finally given the green light to start eating....liquids only...the first thing he asked for was a Coke. He has never even had a Coke before in his whole life. So we all thought that was hilarious!
Well my clever sister Chelynn wrote CocaCola and told them that story and they sent Ray a personalized get well letter with a bunch of free Coke items. It was totally rad. (And yes, I just used the word 'rad'.)

Ruby and her best bud (cousin Hope) at the Weber.

Ammon and Charlotte at the Weber.

Our long time friend Cam let Ray shave his hair into a Mowhawk before he went totally bald to support Ray. It was a camtastic night. :)

I have been homeschooling Ray and Ruby but Ray's counts are up so he's starting back to public school tomorrow...I am a little nervous but excited for him....and Ruby starts Kindergarten next week at an amazing private school.
Ray has scans and tests in two weeks to check for cancer growth so until then I will just keep on praying that the chemo did its job.
