Christmas gift idea

I have been so busy lately and haven't blogged and am way behind...but today I wanted to shamelessly plug a new childrens book written by my Aunt Virginia!! It is called Children of God Count and teaches kids (of all reading levels) to count to 13 by using Gospel principles. Each page has either a simple scripture or a quote from a prophet. All of my kids love it and since three of my kids are black I always appreciate when artwork includes diverse colors and races. It is really beautiful.

I know there are a lot of cheesy LDS books out there, but I think this is special. It has a very classic Gospel feel to it and the pictures remind me of the "Dick and Jane" style picutres I grew up with.
