......only the president of the United States! President Obama had been in Texas doing something (hanging out with George Bush?) and was leaving the same time as Joe. He's had a really cool year travelling.
All in one month he visited the largest Buddha in the world, went to an LDS sacrament meeting in Chinese (while in Hong Kong), attended a Catholic mass in Mexico, and saw the Presidents' plane. He's enjoyed it.
...meanwhile I have been at home praying that I wouldn't strangle my kids every night! But we managed and are happy that he'll be home for a whole three weeks before he leaves again!

shannan i really admire you for everything you do while Joe is away. You are always on the ball with homework, piano practice, gymnastics and so much more. You are a fun, creative, loving mom. I think i would just crawl into a corner and read for 3 weeks instead initiate all the fun, learning and creative activities you do with your kids. You are an amazing women.
