Joe is back to traveling for work..Mexico, Taiwan, China...he loves it and is really good at his job. His boss actually told me on Thanksgiving that Joe is one of the most qualified digital forensic instructors in the nation. So that's cool! He is also still grieving over the BYU vs UofU football game. We try not to talk about it.
Ray had what we hope is his final surgery two weeks ago. This is Dr. Barnhardt the surgeon who told me on May 25, 2010 that Ray had cancer. He removed the tumors from Rays stomach the next day. On November 23, 2010 he removed the port from Ray's chest. They only remove these when cancer patients are in remission. So this was a happy day. Ray is doing great and despite missing some school is a star math student.
Ruby continues to be a dream. She is so sweet and helpful and very smart. She has loved playing in the snow this season and has done really well in her Kindergarten class at school. She was asked to join the Bronze Olympic gymnastic team and is amazingly strong and beautiful (this is a higher level, intensive, by invitation only class, but they don't necessarily go to the Olympics...but hey...we won't hold her back!)
Solomon dresses up everyday as a different superhero and is so funny and smart! He loves our Joy School class, especially when it's snack time. Here he is with his best buddies Ammon and cousin Ben.Ammon enjoys moments of freedom from his car seat..they are rare but precious! He is a good sport and is getting big and strong. He loves to throw toys and can literally have all three other children in tears just by picking up a toy car and cocking his arm back. They are all terrified of him! He is also so sweet and will cuddle and hug the living daylights out of you!
So that's us right now! Enjoying a moments peace. Are you satisfied Chelynn??!! :)

I love your update! And I was noticing in the picture of you and Ruby that you both have the prettiest eyes!
Thanks for the post. You get bonus points for doing it during the Christmas season too. It's always fun to "catch up" and hear the latest. love ya! Merry Christmas!
So much wonderful stuff going on at the Sanchez house. GREAT to hear it!! I want to see if you if we can ever clear germs out of our house for longer than 2 days at a time. I didn't realize you were doing Joy School this year! I'll confess that I too winced just HEARING about Ammon cocking his arm back with the toy car. I've been slugged in the face so many times by my own little hellion it's not not funny.
LOVE the updates. Thanks for taking the time.
Every time I look at your blog I smile and cry.
Have a Merry Christmas!
