Some "firsts" for our sweet girl

First night at home brushing her teeth after her first real sit-down-in-the-water bath!

First slip and slide on the grass, in her first bathing suit (she loved it, you just can't see her smile here).

First time sleeping in a bed with brother Ray. (They lasted the night together..but Joe spent most of the night sleeping in between them bless his heart!)

There has also been first cold cereal (loved it), first green beans (hated them), first time to church, first time on a scooter, a bike, a toy car, a stroller, first cartoons, first OtterPop, ice cream cone, sippy cup, first time to use Band-aids!!, first time at Family Home Evening, first time to HAVE a family, first brothers to laugh with, first time to have a mommy and a daddy hugging, kissing, smiling and paying attention to her all day long.

WE LOVE YOU RUBY EMEFA!!!

Wow-talk about a sensory overload! But it sounds like plenty of absolutely wonderful firsts for Ruby (even bandaids!) And, of course, lots of firsts for Ray, Solomon, and you guys too! (just don't forget to add first time meeting Sanchez cousins to the list soon...) Thanks for the post!

She is so beautiful! Please keep us posted on her progress and your adventures together. What a great reminder of what to appreciate in life. And to think my kids complain about having cold cereal for dinner sometimes. :) I also can't help but think what a big heart Ray must have. He must get it from his parents.

It was so fun seeing you guys last night. I wish we would have had more, non crazy time to visit. If people were not at the playground, I did not get to visit :)
