Yesterday I went to Rock Canyon with 4 other moms from our neighborhood. It was Johanna's brilliant idea to do something different and she suggested a little hike. So I strapped Solomon on my back.....
...threw a hat on Ray, and we were off.
The mountains were so green and beautiful and all the children did really well.
This is cute...Ray is giving Solomon a drink from his water bottle.
On our way down we let the children take off their shoes and socks and play in the little river. It totally reminded me of the creek in my backyard that I grew up with. Ray had a great time. He actually fell off this rock right after I took the picture and he cried because his clothes got wet. So I just took his clothes off and he was fine! 
Overall it was so much fun and we made plans for our little "Nature Club" to have even more adventures this summer. It's days like this...being outside with my kids and friends...that I am so grateful for and will always remember.

Oh, and my sister has asked that I learn your Ghanian baby-hauling secrets so that I can teach her when I visit later this summer.
